§ 1 Scope of application, Customer Information

These customer informationand General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Whisky & Sour and consumers/companies, that buy goods through our shop. Regulations to the contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Contractual language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The offers on the Internet are a non-binding invitation for you to buy goods.
(2) After entering you information and clicking the order button, you enter a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. Orders can als be placed by phone or fax.
(3) With immediate confirmation of your order by mail or fax, we accept your offer and complete the purchase agreement with it. In an telephone order, the contract is concluded by accepting your offer. If the offer is not accepted immediately, then you are no longer bound by it.
(4) All prices shown are final plus shipping.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of your Order Data

Your order with details of the contract erntered into (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us. The  GTC will be sent to you and can also be accessed at any time via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the  customer login area (Login).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your input before submitting at any time using the delete key. During the oredering process we will inform you about further correction options. You can quit the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The goods shall remain our property and be subject to an extended retention of title until all of our payments requests have been paid in full.

§ 6 Warranty

The Warranty is conform to the legal regulations.

§ 7 Legal Venue

Exclusive jurisdiction and legal venue for all disputes arising from this contract shall be Köln, if the customer is a commercial businessman.


Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

The european commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which is accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
